Artist Note: “I’ve learned there’s beauty in the struggle. The powerful, unpredictable, and wild wave is just as much a part of the journey as the calm seas. There you find your “gold” lining. And in that I find my purpose.”

Process:

This special edition print was made using a silk screen printing process, the same technique used for high-quality T-shirts. Each color is hand-mixed, then pressed through a custom-made screen to create the final image. The gold ink lining is what makes this piece stand out—and also what made it so challenging to produce. Achieving a vibrant, consistent gold finish took multiple rounds of testing and adjustments.
