How long do orders take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 days. Shirts are printed in small batches and prints are packed with the same care as collectible art. We take time to make sure every piece is prepared and shipped with quality in mind. During busy drops, it may take the full two weeks, but the wait is worth it.

If it’s been over 14 days and you haven’t received your order or tracking info, feel free to contact me and I’ll make sure it’s sorted.

Where’s my tracking info?

Tracking numbers are sent automatically to your email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, double check your spam folder or search for "Mizusawa Studio" in your inbox. Still nothing? Reach out and I’ll help you out.

Do you offer local pickup?

No, I don’t offer local pickup. All artwork is produced, packed, and shipped from my home studio, and keeping everything shipped helps streamline the process. If you’re local, the good news is that shipping is usually super fast. This setup also allows me to stay efficient while handling a high volume of orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep in mind international orders may take a little longer to arrive depending on customs and local carriers.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I take packing seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, contact me with photos of the issue and I’ll make it right. Your support means everything, and I want every piece to arrive as it should.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your address, contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it for you. Once it’s out the door, it’s in the hands of the carrier, so timing is key.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. Each piece is made in limited quantities, and everything is packed to order. Please double check your details before placing your order. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll take care of it.

Will items be restocked?

Shirts are restocked regularly and available between drops. Prints and original paintings are limited and usually not restocked once they sell out. If you're looking for a specific shirt, check back often or join the email list to get updates.

What makes these prints and shirts special?

Prints are made on museum-grade paper with vibrant colors and deep detail. Each one is hand-signed, numbered, and shipped with care. Shirts are printed on heavyweight blanks with gritty texture, strong layout design, and vivid art you won’t find anywhere else.

What sizes do the shirts come in?

Most shirts range from S to XXL. Size availability can vary by design. Each product page includes a size chart and fit notes to help you choose the right one.

How do I care for my print?

Handle prints gently and only by the edges — ideally with clean hands or cotton gloves. Avoid touching the surface directly. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Framing with UV-protective glass or acrylic is the best way to preserve your piece long-term. Treat it like a collectible because that’s exactly what it is.

How often do you release new drops?

Drops happen every other month and the shop stays open for 48 hours only. Everything is made in limited quantities. If you want first dibs, sign up for early access through the mailing list or join the Early Access Collectors Club via SMS.

Can I return or exchange something?

All sales are final. Each piece is made in limited quantities, and everything is packed to order. Please double check your info before checking out. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll make it right.

Do you take commissions or custom work?

I don’t take commissions. Everything I create is rooted in my personal vision and process. If you connect with the work, keep an eye on upcoming drops or join the list for early access.
