How long do orders take to arrive?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for orders to arrive. Prints are produced, signed, and packed locally in my studio and prepared carefully before shipping. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Where is my tracking information?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or search for “Mizusawa Studio.” If it is still missing, feel free to reach out.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. All artwork is packed and shipped from my home studio. Local pickup is not available at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact me with photos of the packaging and artwork and I will help resolve the issue.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, I can update the address. After shipping, changes must be handled through the carrier.
Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final since pieces are produced in limited quantities and packed to order. If something arrives damaged or there is an issue, contact me.
Are prints signed and numbered?
Yes. All limited edition prints are hand signed and numbered and include a certificate of authenticity.
Will items be restocked?
Shirts may return between drops. Prints and original paintings are released in limited editions and are not restocked once they sell out. If you want updates on future releases, join the email list.
What makes these prints and shirts special?
Everything is produced with quality in mind. Prints are made on museum-grade paper and hand signed and numbered. Shirts are printed on premium blanks in limited runs. I do not release anything unless it is something I would want to own and wear myself.
What sizes do the shirts come in?
Most shirts are available from S to XXL. Size availability may vary by design. Each product page includes a size chart and fit notes.
How do I care for my print?
Handle prints by the edges with clean hands and avoid touching the surface. Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture. Framing with UV-protective glass or acrylic is the best way to preserve the artwork.
How often do you release new drops?
New releases happen three to four times per year. Each drop is open for about 24 hours and quantities are limited. Join the email list for early access and release announcements.
Can I return or exchange something?
All print and original artwork sales are final. Due to the limited nature of each release, returns are not accepted. Shirts may be exchanged for size if inventory is available. Please double check your order details before checkout. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, contact me and I will help resolve it.
Do you take commissions or custom work?
Yes. You can submit a commission request through the contact form or by email. Include details about the project and I will review the request and respond if it is a good fit.
How do I contact you about my order?
Use the contact form on the site or reply to your order confirmation email. If you are contacting me about an order, please include your order number so I can assist faster. I personally review all messages and usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
