How are new releases announced?
Original drawings and limited prints are released in small groups. First Access text subscribers receive the release 24 hours before Studio Notes email subscribers. Any remaining work then becomes available through the public shop.
Will sold-out work return?
Original artwork is one of one and will not return. Closed limited editions are not reprinted. Apparel may occasionally return, and any restock will be announced separately.
Are limited prints signed and numbered?
Limited editions include a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Unless a release states otherwise, the print itself is not signed.
How long does processing take?
Most orders leave the studio or fulfillment partner within 8 to 12 business days. Any different production timeline will be stated on the product page.
Where can I find tracking?
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout when your order ships. Check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact the studio with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Contact the studio as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Original artwork and limited-edition print sales are final. Apparel exchanges depend on remaining inventory. Damage and fulfillment errors will always be addressed. Contact the studio immediately if you entered incorrect shipping information.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and shipping costs appear at checkout. International recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
Do you accept commissions or collaborations?
Commissions are generally closed. I occasionally consider artwork, mural, gallery, press, or collaboration inquiries when they fit the direction of the work. I do not create free speculative concepts.
