Shipping Policy

Orders typically take 1-4 weeks to be handcrafted and shipped by me and our small team.  During busy periods (like sales or holidays), processing times may be longer.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

We use UPS and USPS International for shipping.

International Shipping

Worldwide Shipping Available. Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by your country. Please check your local import laws and costs before placing an order.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us at studio@joshmizusawa.com immediately. We can’t guarantee address changes if your order has already been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment, email us before ordering.
